What is hypnosis and what is hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness where focus attention and relaxation are increased, facilitating the response to suggestions. It is a natural state that we experience daily, for example when daydreaming.
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapy. It works by inducing a hypnotic state that increases relaxation and helps people in focusing on inner experiences.

I use hypnotherapy to help you with:

anxiety and stress management
fears and phobias
relaxation
increase confidence/self-esteem
public speaking anxiety

What happen in a session?

After an initial assessment and consultation, where we will discuss your needs and goals, I will invite you to relax and will guide you gently into a state of physical and mental relaxation. Whilst relaxed I will give you some positive suggestions to address your specific needs, and then I will gently let you return to a wakeful state. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing and pleasant. However, results may vary and success is not guaranteed.
Each session lasts approximately 50-60 minutes. During the initial consultation we will decide the number of recommended sessions.
There may be occasions when Hypnotherapy may not be appropriate or beneficial and this will be discussed on the initial consultation.

Session fees

Standard hypnotherapy sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration and held online via video-conference software.
- Single session: £80*

*Students are entitled to a 15% discount on single sessions.

You can choose to book multiple sessions in advance (sessions pack). Sessions packs are offered at a discounted rate compared to sessions booked individually, as shown below:

-4 sessions pack (10% off): £288
-8 sessions pack (15% off): £544
-12 sessions pack (20% off): £768

You can book an initial free consultation (15 min) with no obligation.
Sessions are allocated weekly (1 per week), at declining intervals as indicated by your progress and by mutual agreement, unless otherwise negotiated.

Note: online hypnotherapy sessions are only available for adults (18+) resident in the UK.
